Now the latch has somehow reverted to the way it should have been in the first place and I have concerns about it being secure. Again nothing but defensive. Not even the slightest hint of customer service. As far as they are concerned the door is in, end of story. Their products, installation and warranty were superior to everybodys elses products in Albuquerque NM. Most important is it was affordable. The salesman was very straight forward and did not feed me nonsense with starting with high prices and giving me five discounts.

All their windows and patio doors are made right here in Albuquerque NM so I aso felt great about supporting a local manufacturer! Yes, my installation was beautiful and my house looks great!
