Microsoft visio view front
To zoom out and view the whole page in the Visio Viewer window, right-click the drawing, click Zoom , and then click Whole Page , or click the Zoom Page button on the Visio Viewer toolbar.
Right-click the drawing, click Zoom , and then click Whole Page. Click the Zoom Page button on the Visio Viewer toolbar. Note: To go back to your Visio drawing after you follow a hyperlink that opens in the same window, click your browser's Back button. Right-click the drawing, click Go to Page , and then click the page you want.
Shape data appears in the Properties dialog on the Shape Properties tab. If this tab is blank, the shape doesn't include any data. When you print a Visio drawing with Visio Viewer, it prints from your web browser , not from Visio. Set up your view of the diagram with the same zoom factor and center point in your browser window that you want to use on the printed page. If you want to print your entire drawing, view your entire drawing in your browser window and center it in the window.
If you change any settings in the Print Preview dialog box when preparing to print, your drawing might print incorrectly. To avoid this problem, don't change any settings in this dialog box. If you must change your printer settings, change them before you print, using the Page Setup dialog box. Printing from a browser means your drawing might not look exactly the same as it does when you print it from Visio; you have less control over the printing process, and you can only print one page at a time.
When you print Visio drawings from your Web browser, the same zoom factor and center point used in your browser window are used on the printed page, so what you see on your monitor closely approximates what prints. However, always check the print preview before printing your drawing to make sure it will print the way you want it to. On the Visio Viewer toolbar, click the Properties button. Use the options on the Display tab, the Layers tab, and the Comments tab to hide and show parts of the drawing and the viewer.
Use Visio Viewer to view or print Visio drawings. Notes: Visio Viewer can open Visio drawings. On the View tab, in the Show group, select or clear the Grid check box.
Tip: The grid is not usually printed, but you can specify that you want it to print: right-click the page tab, click Page Setup , and on the Print Setup tab, select the Gridlines checkbox. Most of the templates in Microsoft Visio use a variable grid by default. Variable grid lines change as you zoom in or out of your drawing, and are useful when you want to align shapes precisely.
For some drawings, it might help you to have a fixed grid, which means the grid shows the same spacing regardless of magnification.
For example, with a fixed grid and Minimum spacing of 1 foot, the gridlines show 1-foot squares no matter how far in or out you zoom the drawing view. The grid origin is set to the same position as the ruler zero point. If you move the ruler zero point, the grid origin also moves. You can, however, set the grid origin independently from the ruler zero point. Under Grid origin , enter x horizontal and y vertical coordinates for the point from which you want the grid to originate, and then click OK.
Tip: If you have an Exchange Online, Outlook. In the row of app buttons across the top of the page, select Visio. To start with a Visio for the web diagram, browse the Gallery to see diagrams and samples, and then select Create. If you want to see a sample before you create a new drawing file, select Preview. If you prefer to start from scratch, at the top of the page, select Blank Drawing. Note: When you are editing a diagram, the diagram is automatically saved for you. You can edit many types of diagrams in the browser, but not all of them.
