They are south facing and get a tremendous amount of wind, rain and sun in the summer. I noticed water leaks and thought it was dry rot of some kind but it turns out the window installation was at fault. I called Alex and believe me when he said he would come over in 2 days and look at it I was shocked as I have had some so-so experiences with contractors.

Anyway he came over and said he would take care of the problem. He ordered new windows and they were just installed yesterday by his crew who were absolutely the best guys and so very meticulous. They spent 10 hours and completely replaced the windows AND replaced the dry rotted wood trim which was not even their fault to begin with.

I am so very impressed at the true customer service that Best Exteriors has. Lastly, their clean up and prep-work was also spotless as they did not leave anything behind.

Alex gave us a great demonstration and a reasonable quote. His installers were swift, friendly, and professional, and left us with amazing looking new windows and sliding glass door. They were very professional. No videos to watch just right to the point. The pricing was good and so was the financing.

Quick to response, great quote, started on time and did a good job. However, after most of the wotk was finished, there was one minor thing left over to complete and that took a few months of coordinating… Overall though a very positive experience. Would recommend and hire again. I appreciated how meticulous they were. It shows in the final product: the windows and sliding doors look great.
